My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
I was born.
2.
Excelled athletically.
3.
Excelled academically.
4.
Attend a D-I university on a football scholarship.
5.
I started as a freshmen but had a knee injury that same year.
6.
The next year I lost my starting role and was demoted for a bit. The year after I had my best season yet.
7.
My senior year I tore my ACL which basically ended my football career. However, that same year I got engaged to my now beautiful wife.
8.
Finally, I was blessed with a baby girl this April 2020.

Experiences and challenges that shaped me
For my addictions, my solution was finding accountability partners who could walk this journey alongside me. The single worst thing I could have done was let this silent killer stay in my head without trying to get help.
